We use collected data to improve our website experience and contact you if you have requested that we do so.
Your personal information will only be used for the purpose you provide it for. We store your data on secure servers. It may also be stored outside of Europe, where it could be viewed by our staff or suppliers.

Complete security of data can never be guaranteed when sending information via the internet, and as a result we cannot guarantee the security of your data. Any data you transmit is at your own risk. Once your data is received by us we have procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure. We do not share your information with any other organisations for marketing or commercial purposes, and we do not pass on your details.
Our website contains links to other sites. This privacy policy only applies to this website, and does not cover other locations that are linked. If you go to another website from this one it is your responsibility to research their privacy policy.

This contract and the quote outlines what we can expect from each other, and what will happen if things do not go according to plan. This contract is non-transferrable and is a legal document under exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You are hiring PXL Analytics to undertake the work as outlined in the quote and in accordance with these terms of business:
You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation.
You will provide us with everything we need to complete your work on time. You understand that if you do not it will impact on the agreed deadlines. You will complete any preparatory work at each stage as outlined in the quote and implement the actions we agree. You agree to make payments as set out in the payment terms.
We have the skills and expertise to do everything we have agreed with you and we will endeavour to complete the work in a timely manner.
We have estimated the length of time we need to complete the tasks that we have agreed. The price in the quote is based on this estimate. We understand that business is flexible and that requirements can change. If you require additional work within or outside of the activities detailed in this contract from us then we will provide a separate quote for that.

. Copyright and Intellectual Property .

The work we undertake for you remains the property of PXL Analytics until the final payment is made. Any documents and training materials provided are owned wholly by PXL Analytics and may not be rebranded, repackaged or resold in any format.
We use our work as examples of what we can achieve, in person and online, through our website, blog and social media channels. We also share testimonials across several platforms. If you would prefer that we do not share your details, you will let us know this at the start of our work for you.

. Cancellation .

We realise that in exceptional circumstances you may need to cancel a project. If this occurs you agree to pay for the hours worked until the point of cancellation. A time sheet of work undertaken on your behalf will be provided for this purpose. The deposit is non-refundable.
PXL Analytics reserves the right to terminate this agreement by giving you seven days written notice (including by email) if you fail to give us proper and timely instructions or information to allow us to continue with your work. If this is necessary then you will be asked to pay for any work undertaken until the point of termination within fourteen days.

. Liability .

Whilst we will always endeavour to produce work of the highest standard, we cannot be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages. Any liability is strictly limited to the price you paid for our work.
PXL Analytics are not liable for the standard of work of any independent contractor employed by you whether recommended by us or otherwise. It is your responsibility to approve the quality of work before paying an independent contractor.

. Communication .

PXL Analytics work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we will always endeavour to reply to you within 1 working day. We do not respond to communications during the evenings, weekends or English bank holidays.

. Payments .

Payments are to be made in two parts: a 50% deposit before any agreed work commences, and the remaining 50% on completion of the contract. No work will begin on any project until the initial deposit, or a receipt of the transaction, is received. Final payments are to be made within 10 working days of the completion of the contract; failure to do so will incur a fee totalling 25% of the amount owed.
You agree to make payments promptly in accordance with the payment schedule.
Deposits are non-refundable.
